3. Ridge Capping Reinforcement
We apply Flexi Roof Pointing to the ridge caps to reinforce the roof structure.
4. Surface Sterilisation
To help prevent future fungal or algal growth, we apply Acratex Prep Treat after cleaning. Not all roofs need this, but it’s a powerful treatment when necessary.
5. Prime and Seal
The entire roof is sealed with a primer designed to bond with the membrane coating, ensuring long-lasting adhesion and protection. We select the primer that best suits your roof’s material and condition.
